Session Overview
Navigating a large-scale urban infrastructure project across an area the size of Manhattan, New York is tough enough as it is. When construction-infrastructure alliance Piratahi tried to do so amid a global pandemic that necessitated remote working, it was almost unthinkable. How did they manage to migrate all their assets from paper to digital so that all 700 people working on the project could access them easily? How did they store, transfer, edit, receive, and review data while keeping a full record of these movements? And how were they overcome the challenge of working with different IT setups across partners to achieve seamless collaboration?
In this groundbreaking webinar, you’ll hear the remarkable story of Piritahi’s Kāinga Ora land development project, the largest of its kind in New Zealand. Discover how the alliance not only tackled the difficulties brought about by the global pandemic but also solved a housing crisis in the process. You’ll learn how they navigated, managed, and executed their work despite the odds, and pick up practical tips for overcoming challenges in your own projects. Don’t miss out on this chance to be inspired and motivated by the Piritahi team’s success!
