Paul Shillcock is an authority on information management and BIM, having authored ISO 19650-2 and co-authored PAS 1129-2 and PD 19650. Paul is the Managing Director of Operam where he provides strategic advice on BIM and ISO 19650. He is also the Founder of Operam Academy, an online resource providing training and certification on ISO 19650.
