New Features to Look Forward

We’ve built the new set of features with the needs of modern teams in mind. Some of the standout features include:

1. Forms

We’ve introduced a form builder that allows users to create and fill out forms from anywhere – whether on-site or in the office. The feature supports generating outputs in formats like PDF, Excel, or CSV, making it easier for teams to collect and process data.

2. BIM Viewer, Issue Tracker & Clash Detection

For teams working with Building Information Management (BIM) data, we’ve included a BIM viewer that supports viewing and interacting with IFC files. You can also raise issues directly within the BIM viewer or attach them to other project files, such as Word documents or 12d Model projects, streamlining project coordination.

The BIM Viewer also supports clash detection so that you can easily find and tag collisions in your federated models, either raising them as issues directly within 12d Synergy or exchanging with third parties through a BCF file.

3. Integrations for Key Tools

To further enhance collaboration, we’ve provided some add-ons for MicroStation & OpenRoads, and Power BI. These integrations help bridge the gap between different platforms, allowing users to continue working with their existing tools while benefiting from the added power of 12d Synergy.

4. CDE Connect

With the growing need for data agnostic solutions – the push for interconnected common data environments – our CDE Connect solution is built to ensure seamless integration. CDE Connect enables 12d Synergy to push and pull data between different Common Data Environments (CDEs). It connects securely to your own CDE and external stakeholders or other project teams.
